2. How about your MOQ and lead time?
Reply: Normally we have no strict MOQ for sample order. And for repeated order the MOQ would be a full carton. The lead time depends on your order quantity. Usually it’s within 15 days for qty below 5,000pcs. And about 15 days after deposit received and all details confirmed for customized order.
3. How do you control your quality?
Reply: We have 6 procedures to control our quality.
IQC – IPQC – SEMI PRODUCT QC (100% function test) – FINISHED PRODUCT QC (100% check) – AGINT TEST – QA (100% function test and appearance check)
4. How about your quality warranty?
Reply: We provide 6 months quality warranty for our products, except the user's wrong operation or any other abnormal operation. You can send the product to us. We will solve the problem for you or we can provide free accessories to those customers who are capable to do after-sales services. For some issues can't solved by these way, we can also provide new replacement products in next order.
5. Can we have our own logo to be printed on the products or the package?
Reply: Yes, we offer OEM and ODM service. We can make your brand, printing or lasering your logo on product and packing box. The other more details depend on your special requirements.
6. What is your payment term?
Reply: We accept T/T, West Union and Alibaba Online Trade Assurance Order.
7. What’s your delivery term?
Reply: We can offer EXW Shenzhen, FOB Shenzhen or HK, DDP and DDU with express delivery.
8. Which port do you use for exportation and importation?
Reply: Shenzhen or HK.
9. How can I get samples?
Reply: You are welcomed to place a sample order to check our superior quality and service! Normally we can offer free samples to our regular customers. For new customers, you are supposed to pay for the sample cost and shipping & tax cost. We will return the sample fee to you after your bulk order placed.
